Home computers, the office in the spare room, and small businesses across Tamworth, Gunnedah, Armidale, Muswellbrook and Walcha. Ring us with what’s broken. We’ll say whether it can be done from here or whether we need to come out.
The home office
Plenty of people now work from a spare room or the kitchen table. We line up the work laptop, the home internet, Microsoft 365 and the screen so you’re not spending the morning on hold to someone interstate.
A small business
Two people, or ten. A shop, a workshop, a clinic, a farm office. EFTPOS, the shared inbox, the computer on the counter, the backup nobody has checked. We fix the thing in front of us, in plain language.

What it was doing, and what it does now, is enough. You don’t need the model number or the right words.
We say how we’ll do it.
Some jobs are a remote session. Some need a person at the desk, the counter or the house. We’ll tell you which, and what it’s likely to cost, before we start. A genuine outage is the exception.
We fix that job.
If you later want someone keeping an eye on it every month, we can talk about that. If you only needed this one thing sorted, that’s a perfectly good outcome.
