We’re privately owned and based at 865 Manilla Road. The people you speak to are the people who do the work. There isn’t a script, and there isn’t a hand-off to a desk in another state once the sale is made.
Why businesses stay
Country cities get offered two unsatisfying versions of IT. One is a mate with a toolbox who means well and doesn’t write anything down. The other is a national brand that treats Tamworth as a pin on a coverage map. We sit between them: proper systems, and a relationship that still feels local.
We’ll come to the premises when that’s what the job needs. We’ll also save you a visit when a remote session will do. Either way, you shouldn’t have to explain the business from scratch every time.
